A day in the life…

The researcher follows the respondents’ daily activities in order to observe and obtain their thoughts and considerations. The data collection can occur in various ways (e.g. video/dairy).

The gathered data is used to create descriptive explanations of the respondent’s activities in order to provide insights fornew ideas and improvements.
